10. Car Rental Terms
Rental Agreement
A separate rental agreement must be signed at the time of vehicle pickup. This agreement is in addition to these Terms & Conditions and contains specific terms related to the vehicle rental.
Driver Requirements
The renter must:
- Be at least 21 years of age (25+ for premium vehicles)
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Provide a valid form of identification
- Meet our credit approval process
Vehicle Condition
The vehicle shall be returned in the same condition as when rented, normal wear and tear excepted. Any damage, mechanical issues, or excessive wear beyond normal use will result in additional charges. The renter is responsible for all damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
Insurance Liability
Basic insurance is included with all rentals. The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance. Additional liability insurance is available for purchase at the time of rental.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel. The renter must return the vehicle with a full tank. If fuel is not replenished, a fuel charge will be applied at premium rates.
11. User Accounts
When creating an account on PrimeKarte, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
